style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:10.5pt">是典型的高原地带，这里的空气稀薄，并且有很大的昼夜温差，路况恶劣，很多路都建在山间悬崖边，坡陡。气候变化无常，冬季气温低，降雪时间长，多霜冻。夏季降雨量大，路面经常处于泥泞状态，并易发生泥石流、山体滑坡等自然灾害。其恶劣的气候条件特点如下：</span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:10.5pt"><span>（</span><span>1）气候温度低。大气温度随着海拔的升高而下降，据统计，海拔每上升100米，气温下降0.6度，对海拔平均在4000米以上的西藏地区来说，其温度一般要比内地低20度以上。冬季时间漫长。</span></span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:10.5pt"><span>应用越来越多，在高寒地区可采用增压技术对损失的功率进行补偿，但是随之而来的问题是增压器的转速也将随着海拔的升高而增大，当海拔达到一定高度时，将会导致增压器超速。据实验统计，海拔每上升</span><span>1000米，增压器转速将会提高5%，而通常情况下增压器的极限转速是其额定转速2.5倍左右。</span></span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:10.5pt"><span>柴油机无法正常启动的一个重要原因就是蓄电池储电和和放电能力的下降。蓄电池内阻和放电能量和温度的曲线关系如图</span><span>1所示，在环境温度较低时，气温每下降一度，蓄电池缓慢放电容量下降约1.5%。当温度下降到零下20°时，蓄电池的容量几乎减半。所以在高原环境中，一般的蓄电池所储存的能源不能提供多次、长时间的点火启动，柴油机机体温度无法达到启动温度（20°)以上。</span></span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:10.5pt"><span>空气密度、温度低是柴油机无法正常启动的另一重要原因。海拔超过</span><span>4000米的高寒地带常年处于低温环境中，昼夜温差大，早晚温差可达到40°。空气稀薄，相对于平原地区，高寒地带的空气密度和气压可下降约40%。气压下降、温度低导致柴油机在进气行程中充气量不足，经过多次点火启动后，在压缩行程结束时，气缸内低温空气很难达到燃油自然温度。同时，较低的空气密度易造成气缸内混合气体充气量不足，空气压力无法达到3</span></span><span
